ANYONE INTERESTED IN WOODEN TJAPS?
The subject of Tjaps comes up from time to time on the Quilt Art list and I found a source for the carved teak ones from India. At the Vermont Quilt Festival one of the Vendors, Handloom Batiks, has them and I found my little owl there.
While they have a web site:

they don't sell from there but seem quite willing to answer email queries and go to a number of shows in the northeast.
The batiks are rather nice as well...
